Elysium Suites Rome

The location was excellent, as we were so near to all the top Rome attractions. It was just a short stroll to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Piazza Del Popolo. the hotel was close to the metro, making it easy to explore other parts of the city.

Nothing it was perfect.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with all the major attractions just a short walk away. It's also conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to explore the rest of the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with adjustable air conditioning and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The staff is helpful and responsive, ensuring that guests have everything they need during their stay.

The communication and customer service could use improvement. In some instances, there were delays and a lack of responsiveness, such as during check-in and breakfast service.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Rome. The property was immaculate with a beautiful apartment-like feel. The rooms, which had a classy and tasteful design, were spacious and comfortable, making it a great fit for two people. Additionally, the location of the hotel was amazing, as it was within walking distance to some of the main tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and easy to reach whenever we needed assistance. it was a wonderful experience.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and there were no major issues.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel with an apartment-like feel. The rooms were immaculate and exuded elegance. The lighting was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had great water pressure. Arnold, one of the staff members, made our stay even better with his attentive and friendly service. The location was ideal for shopping. I highly recommend this hotel.
